When people are considering starting a new chapter of life at Bella Vita, they often ask these three questions...
1. How does your community support a social life for the residents?
We do our best at Bella Vita to provide an assortment of opportunities for residents to engage in a positive lifestyle and social life at Bella Vita. Bella Vita provides community spaces like a bistro, fitness center, outdoor terrace and community room. Residents often gather to play card games, watch movies and more. Some of our socialization opportunities are planned by us and others are planned by the residents. Our focus is to create an inclusive community for you to get to know your neighbors.
2. Can you help me understand what your website means when it says “All-Inclusive?”
“All-Inclusive” means that Bella Vita residents focus on paying the one monthly rental fee. Our management staff is here to take care of all utility bills including water, sewer, gas, electric, trash removal, basic cable, and internet. We also offer light housekeeping on a bi-weekly basis. We do our best to provide residents with the opportunity to enjoy living at Bella Vita without the hassle of worrying about the nitty gritty bills.
3. I’m not from the Aurora area. Can you help me understand what is around you?
Bella Vita is located at the intersection of Havana Street and Florida Street in Aurora, Colorado. We are lucky to have an amazing shopping plaza within easy walking distance called The Gardens On Havana. The plaza has an amazing variety of department, clothing, and grocery stores. Within a half-mile radius of Bella Vita, there are a variety of grocery stores including Target, Sprouts, King Soopers, Costco and Safeway. If you enjoy dining out with friends and family, there are a lot of restaurants in the area. Additionally, Medical Center of Aurora is near-by for any health-related emergencies. Our location also provides easy access to major streets and highways allowing our residents to easily access downtown Denver and more.
